OPINION OF THE COURT

Respondent, Jerome J. Erlin, was admitted to the practice of law by the Second Judicial Department on May 8, 1958, as *132Jerome Erlin. At all times relevant herein, he has maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.

By order of this court entered March 10, 1987, respondent was suspended from practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York on grounds of willful failure to cooperate with the Departmental Disciplinary Committee in its investigation of a complaint of professional misconduct pending against him (126 AD2d…
