This general statement by the appellant is admitted by the appellee to be correct:

“This suit was instituted by the appellees in the County Court at Law of Harris County, Texas, to recover $208.00, being the benefits provided by a certain policy of life insurance issued by the appellant upon the life of Abe Wyatt, the son of the ap-pellee, Roxie Lee Wyatt. The application was dated January 11, 1938. The policy of insurance itself was issued on January 24, 1938.
