This information was filed in the name of the attorney-general at the relation of a resident and property owner acting under leave of the court. Its purpose is to contest the right of the respondents to hold and execute the office of members of the board of education of the city of Camden. The proceeding is instituted under the act of March 11th, 1195, relative to informations in the nature of a quo warranto. Gen. Stat., p. 2632.
