Gloria Crutchfield appeals from an order of the Circuit Court for Garrett County denying her motion to dismiss, on double jeopardy grounds, an indictment charging her with murder and other offenses.
The indictment against appellant was originally filed in the Circuit Court for Carroll County. Appellant moved in that court for an order suppressing certain statements she had made to various police officers, asserting that those statements were made in response to custodial interrogations conducted before she was advised of her Miranda rights.
