On August 20, 1933, the plaintiff, Eulghum, was traveling, as an invited guest without the payment of any fare, in the automobile of the defendant, Bleakley, from the Bath Eake in South Carolina to Augusta, Ga. Just south of Clear-water, within this State, while descending a hill, the machine in which they were riding ran into the back of another car, and as a result of the collision Fulghum sustained severe personal injuries.
