STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiffs-appellants John and Harold Hedges appeal a judgment in favor of the defendant Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (PSI) denying their claim for damages for injuries suffered as a result of their coming into contact with PSPs high-voltage transmission wires.
