Mrs. Lillian Stillwell, as guardian of the estate of R. W. Aldridge, a minor, joined pro forma by her husband, George Stillwell, filed this suit in the nature of a bill of review against the Standard Savings & Loan Association. She alleged that she and her husband and her ward resided in Lamar county, and that defendant is a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the state of Michigan and authorized to transact business in the state of Texas, with an office in the city of Fort Worth, Tarrant county.
