Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Board of Parole revoking petitioner’s parole.

In 2003, petitioner was convicted of a number of crimes, including attempted murder in the second degree and robbery in the first degree. He was sentenced to an aggregate prison term of 10 years, to be followed by five years of postrelease supervision, and was released to parole supervision in September 2011.
