The question to be determined by this appeal is whether the White County ■Chancery Court had jurisdiction to enter an injunction .against appellant, or was original and exclusive jurisdiction in the National Labor Relations Board.

Appellee was a general contractor and had contracted to construct the White County Hospital at Searcy, Arkansas. The building of the hospital was to be financed by the sale of bonds in the amount of $600,-000.00 by White County and matching Federal funds.
