JOYNER, District Judge.
This civil matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Preclude the Testimony of Witnesses and Defendant’s Cross-Motion to Preclude the Testimony of Plaintiffs Liability Witness. Each party seeks preclusion of testimony by witnesses listed on the joint pretrial memorandum but not identified prior to the scheduled date for completion of discovery.
