— -Lot No. 6 in a certain Block 59 in Waterloo is 60x140 feet in dimensions. It fronts south upon Jefferson Street for its full width of 60 feet. It abuts also, for its dimension of 140 feet, upon the east line of West Eleventh Street, which is a north and south street. That is to say, this lot is situated at the southwest corner of Block 59, and touches the intersection of Jefferson and West Eleventh Streets at its northeast corner. In 1908, the plaintiff and his brother, D. J. Manning, severally acquired the south 70 feet of this lot. D. J. Manning acquired a frontage on Jefferson…
