WHITHAM, Justice.
Denied a proposed planned development sought under the zoning ordinances of the appellee, The Town of Sunnyvale, the appellants, Charles Mayhew, Sr., Charles Mayhew, Jr., the Estate of Audrey May-hew, and Sunnyvale Properties, Ltd. (May-hew), brought this action against The Town of Sunnyvale and the additional individual appellees, Eloise Patrick, Robert Sanders, Gordon Davis, and Carroll Brown (the town), challenging the town’s zoning ordinances on ten counts.
