This is an action under the “ Graham Law ’’ (ch. 127, Laws of 1872), by the wife against the defendant, a saloon keeper, to recover damages for injuries sustained by her in person, property and means of support in consequence of the intoxication of her husband caused by intoxicating liquors sold to him by the defendant.
