OPINION OF THE COURT

RENDELL, Circuit Judge.

George Keith Williams appeals his conviction for carrying a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). The Government produced evidence that Williams threw the firearm from his vehicle during a police chase following a bank robbery. Williams challenges both the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction and the District Court’s instructions to the jury. The Government cross-appeals, challenging the District Court’s decision to grant Williams an offense-level reduction for acceptance of responsibility as to a separate count. We will affirm…
