Abdel Odeh appeals his judgment and sentence after a jury found him guilty as charged of attempted first degree murder. On appeal Odeh contends the trial court erred by allowing the jury to hear the investigating officer’s opinion that his claim of self-defense was not legally valid. The opinion was expressed during an interrogation of Odeh and during cross-examination of the officer in front of the jury.
