Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent finding petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.
After an inmate was treated by medical staff for serious injuries and later reported that he had been in a cell fight days earlier, an investigation was conducted, and it was determined that petitioner had been in a fight with the inmate.
