On November 5, 1937, Feldman’s Incorporated recovered a judgment against Edgar Crockett and Blanche Crockett, his wife (appellees) in the Peoples Court of Baltimore City, in the sum of $56.42, with interest and costs. This judgment was recorded in the Superior Court of Baltimore City. On August 30, 1948, the judgment creditor caused to be issued a writ of fieri facias on said judgment out of said court, returnable to the first Monday in October, 1948.
