Before the Court is a motion filed by Chapter 7 debtor Courtney J. Hall (the “Debtor”) seeking reconsideration of this Court’s order allowing the Chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”) to employ special counsel to prosecute the Debtor’s prepetition claim for wrongful termination against her former employer.
