delivered the opinion of the court:

Three indictments were returned against the defendant, one charging burglary and two charging separate armed robberies. The defendant, through the public defender, entered into a plea arrangement with the state’s attorney. The terms of the agreement, which were related to the trial court, were that if defendant would plead guilty to both armed robbery charges, the state’s attorney would recommend a sentence of 12 to 25 years on each, the sentences to run concurrently, and the burglary indictment would be dismissed.
