Beside the facts proved at the hearing of this case, and others admitted in writing, of which a synopsis has just been given, it was conceded that this vessel had been sold under previous libels. One of these was in favor of persons, who made necessary advances at Manilla on her last voyage, and had taken a bottomry bond therefor, and the other was for the seamen for wages.
