OPINION

NIX, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Daniel J. Petrovich, was charged with homicide by vehicle 1 and two counts of driving under the influence. 2 He filed a motion in limine concerning the introduction of expert testimony. This motion was granted by the trial court. The Commonwealth filed an interlocutory appeal. The Superior Court reversed the trial court’s Order and remanded the matter for further proceedings.
