OPINION
MANSMANN, District Judge.
Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendants International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades (the “International”), Local 6 of the International (“Local 6”) and Carmen Wil liams. We hereby grant Defendants’ Motion for the reasons discussed below.
