Plaintiff, lessee of a filling station at the intersection of Sterlington highway with De Siard street, in the eastern part of the city of Monroe, brings this action against defendant to recover damages for the alleged illegal and malicious cutting off of the supply of gas to the station and to her frame .residence connected thereto. She alleges that the gas was cut off purely and simply because she would not pay a bill due by her son-in-law, B. G. Cole, for gas consumed by him and family in a residence in the southern part of the city of Monroe, for which bill she was in no…
