This was a statutory action to- quiet title to- a parcel of land situate at Kamahela, in Honolulu, being a portion of apana 1, R. P. 1985, L. 0. A. 6245, containing an area of 760 square feet, in which the plaintiffs claim an undivided one-half interest in fee simple, it being conceded that the defendant is the owner of the other undivided one-half interest in fee simple.
