— . . . This is a proceeding under section 217 of the School Code of May 18,1911, P. L. 309. The prayer of the petition is for a rule to show cause why all the members of the Board of Directors of the School District of German *563Township should not be removed from office. The section empowers the court to remove school directors for refusal or neglect to perform any duty made mandatory on them to perform by the School Code.
