OPINION

SANDERS, Judge.

This suit was brought in the Chancery Court of Hamilton County to recover expenses of attorney’s fees for defending a suit which Plaintiff’s insurance carrier refused to defend on the theory that there was no coverage under the policy.

The parties will be referred to as Plaintiff, Andy Sampley, and Defendant, The Beacon Mutual Indemnity Company, as they appeared in the court below.
