Appellant, Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District (“the School District”), brings this interlocutory appeal of the trial court’s denial of its plea to the jurisdiction in a case arising from injuries sustained by April Clark and Veronica Contreras 1 when a school bus driven by Raquel Fortuna, an employee of the School District, rolled off the road.
