Rape; sentence: ten years.

The appellant was indicted and convicted for the rape of Patricia Brown. Punishment was fixed by the jury at ten years in the penitentiary and the trial court entered judgment and sentence accordingly.

On appeal, Richard Thomas complains that several articles of clothing should not have been permitted into evidence because the state failed to show a proper and unbroken chain of custody.
