Motion for Summary Judgment
Plaintiff brought this action to impeach an award rendered by Task Force Number Eight (the “Board”), a board of arbitration. Plaintiff is Trustee of the Property of Chi-' cago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company (the “Railroad”), a “carrier” within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act.
