After a jury convicted appellant Chon Patrick Dimas (“Chon”) of murder, he was sentenced by the trial court to seventy-five years in the Texas Department of Criminal *455Justice — Institutional Division. On appeal Chon brings four issues.

LEGAL AND FACTUAL SUFFICIENCY
