This matter came before this Court for consideration on September 24, 1992, upon Telerent Leasing Corporation’s (“Telerent”) Motion for Payment of Administrative Lease Claim and the Court Order Scheduling Evidentiary Hearing to determine whether the Telerent’s documents are leases or financing devices, and the Court having heard the testimony, examined the evidence presented, considered the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises does hereby make the following…
