Plaintiffs Carol Chesemore, Daniel Donkle, Thomas Gieck, Martin Robbins and Nannette Stoflet bring this putative class action, alleging that defendants’ participation in the acquisition and eventual resale of Trachte Building Systems, Inc. (“Trachte”) violated their rights under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461.
