—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Juviler, J.), rendered July 9, 1996, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
