TURSI, Judge.

Plaintiff, George W. Hamel, III, appeals the trial court’s judgment denying him in-junctive relief, and finding in favor of defendant, White Wave, Inc., on its counterclaim for specific performance in which redemption of common stock pursuant to defendant’s Articles of Incorporation (Articles) was requested. We affirm.
