FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
ATLAS, District Judge.
Plaintiff United States of America filed this civil lawsuit and the bankruptcy adversary proceeding seeking to recover unpaid income taxes owed by Defendant Arthur Harrison (“Harrison”). Plaintiff seeks to foreclose on property either owned by Harrison in his own name or held in the name of an individual whom Plaintiff contends is Harrison’s nominee. The United States also seeks the revocation of Harrison’s discharge in his Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding, and a finding that Harrison is in contempt of Court orders previously issued…
