This matter arises from the alleged wrongful discharge by an employer, defendant-appellee, Touro Infirmary (“Touro”), of its employee, the plaintiff-appellant, Shelia G. Bell (“Bell”). Bell appeals the final judgment of the trial court dated 21 December 1999 wherein the court maintained Touro’s motion for summary judgment and dismissed the action, with prejudice.
