This cause is before us on a' petition to superintend and revise. The petitioner, Arthur H. Bryant, alleges that Rouis N. Duffey, a trustee in bankruptcy of the bankrupt General Shipbuilding Company, Incorporated, and as such trustee, offered certain real property belonging to the bankrupt for sale at public auction on the 3d of March, 1920; that the sale was widely advertised, experienced auctioneers secured, and the real estate was struck off to David Bayliss, agent of the petitioner, for the sum of $28,500, plus the assumption of the payment of two deeds of trust on…
