— Elizabeth J. Myser appeals from the dismissal of her action to be declared a cotenant with her former husband in military pension payments he has been receiving since their divorce in 1972.

The couple was married in 1954 when Mr. Myser was a first lieutenant in the United States Air Force. During the marriage, the parties resided in several states, and Mr. Myser was discharged from the Air Force in Idaho in 1971.
