OPINION ON REMAND

CHADICK, Justice.1

This is a workers’ compensation case. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

By an action filed in a district court of Nacogdoches County, Lola Scott, an employee of ARA Services/Daybridge Learning Center, sued Old Republic Insurance Company, the compensation carrier for her employer, to recover compensation and medical expense for an injury alleged to have occurred in the course and scope of her employment.
