Before the Court is Defendant BNSF Railway Company's ("BNSF") Motion for Summary Judgment. [ECF No. 15]. In this action, Plaintiff Gayle Andrews seeks recovery against BNSF, her former employer, under the Federal Employers' Liability Act ("FELA"), 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. , and the Federal Safety Appliance Act ("FSAA"), 49 U.S.C. § 20301 et seq. , for injuries she allegedly sustained during her employment.
