OPINION

POPOVICH, Chief Judge.

Appellant Genevieve Thompson appeals from an order 1) denying a petition for adjudication of intestacy and 2) finding the 1975 will of Chris Boysen was not revoked. We reverse.

FACTS

The decedent, Chris Boysen, died April 10, 1977. He was survived by two children, Raymond Boysen and Genevieve Thompson. Decedent executed a will in 1964 which was filed with the clerk of probate court of Dodge County.
