T1 The Petitioner has appealed to this Court from an order of the District Court of Oklahoma County denying his subsequent application for post-conviction relief in Case No. CF-96-1112. On November 4, 1996, Petitioner pled guilty and was convicted of Concealing Stolen Property, After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies. Petitioner was sentenced pursuant to the plea agreement to a term of thirty (80) years imprisonment, but was given the opportunity to discharge the sentence by serving one hundred twenty (120) nights in the Nighttime…
