HAYNES, Circuit Judge:

International Marine, L.L.C., International Offshore Services, L.L.C. (collectively “International”), and Tesla Offshore, L.L.C. (“Tesla”), appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment dismissing their indemnity and insurance claims. 1 For the reasons explained below, we AFFIRM in part and VAGATE and REMAND in part.
