OPINION

BRETT, Judge:

Appellant, Clarence Conway, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court, Seminole County, Case No. CRF-77-34, with the offense of Second Degree Burglary in violation of 21 O.S.1971, § 1435, After Former Conviction of a Felony, 21 O.S.Supp.1977, § 51. The case was tried to a jury and the defendant was convicted as charged, being sentenced to twenty (20) years in the penitentiary. From judgment and sentence the defendant has perfected an appeal to this Court.
