Defendant-Appellant Olawale Lateef Oluwanisola appeals from a September 8, 2008 judgment convicting him, following a jury trial, of conspiring to import heroin into the United States, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 963, 952(a) and 960(b)(1)(A), conspiring to possess with intent to distribute heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(b)(1)(A), and possessing heroin with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) and 841(b)(1)(C).
