An action by Virginia Kleinow Warner, plaintiff, against Harry Burke, Montez Burke and Harry Cohen, defendants, for injuries received by her on March 6, 1937, when she was struck by an automobile owned by Harry Burke, defendant, and driven by Montez Burke, defendant. A jury returned a verdict finding Harry Cohen guilty and assessing plaintiff’s damages at the sum of $6,000, and finding Harry Burke and Montez Burke not guilty.
