District Trustees of Campbellton Consolidated Common School District No. 16 v. Pleasanton Independent School District

The question presented by this appeal is whether the Atascosa County School Trustees validly annexed Campbellton Consolidated Common School District No. 16, and Leming Consolidated Common School District No. 7, to Pleasanton Independent School District, at a meeting held on February 27, 1961. Pleasanton District filed suit against Campbellton District and Lem-ing District, and obtained a judgment upon jury findings which upheld the annexation.
