Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Hayden, J.), rendered February 4, 2013, convicting defendant following a nonjury trial of the crime of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
On April 28, 2012, police observed a dark-colored Cadillac that matched the description of a vehicle involved in a nearby shooting that occurred two days earlier.
