Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Ulster County (McGinty, J.), entered August 18, 2014, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.
Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of a daughter (born in 2008). Pursuant to a March 2009 order, entered upon consent, the parties shared legal and physical custody of the child and adhered to an alternating, split-week schedule.
