This is an appeal by June A. Shively from a September 24, 1990, final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County affirming a decision of the Board of Review of the West Virginia Department of Employment Security (hereinafter referred to as Board of Review) denying the appellant unemployment compensation benefits.
